Welcome to Audubon Park Place Apartments! We are an independently family owned business. We pride ourselves on the community of tenants that we have here at Audubon. Audubon is a four story apartment building where neighbors can get to know each other and look out for each other. Memphis has always been known for the small town feeling in a large city, and that is what you will find here in Audubon. Smiling faces welcoming you and your family to your new home. Audubon Park Place Apartments is in East Memphis 38111 and is conveniently located to the Memphis Zoo, Downtown Memphis - FedEx Forum (Go Tigers! and Go Grizz!) and Bass Pro Shop. We are right across the street from the University of Memphis. There are grocery stores and restaurants that are convenient to walk to or drive to and a MATA bus stop right in front of our building. Memphis schools are convenient to us for all ages K-12 and school buses come to our parking lot for a convenient pick up and drop off. We have the beautiful Audubon City Park that is within walking distance of our building that provides a beautiful playground and picnic areas for the entire family to enjoy. Tenants may go to Zego (online) gozego.com and set up an account in their name and apartment number and pay their rent online with this application. Tenants can set up their monthly rental payments to automatically pay each month or a tenant may go in and pay it each month and select a payment date, amount and pay. It is a safe and secure site.
Audubon Park Place has laundry facilities! Laundry is conveniently located on the third floor of our apartment building. The laundry room comes fully equipped with washers and dryers. All machines accept quarters for payment, or tenants may download an app on their phones and pay directly through the CSC application, which is designed for easy use and convenience.
